Terms of Service
General
⚜️ Prices are subject to change based on demand. I have the right to reject any order for any reason. Prices listed are in US Dollars.Payment
⚜️ Payment can be made via bank transfer, Paypal, Payoneer, Stripe or Wise.
⚜️ Upfront 100% payment.
⚜️ Don't send payment before I agree to give you a slot and request payment.Delivery
⚜️ The finished piece will be sent directly to you digitally in full resolution. PNG and WEBP formats.
⚜️ I will not ship the original art piece physically. But I will consider shipping prints instead in the future.Process & Revisions
⚜️ I will NOT do test commissions/sketches before payment.
⚜️ I can only focus on one commission at a time. Once I request payment and receive it, it means I'm starting the commission immediately.
⚜️ Depending on what has been agreed upon, I will either record my art process off-stream or do the commissions on-stream.
⚜️ Then, we discuss and collect proper references for the project. It will be time-saving if you already have references but it's ok. It really depends on our discussion. I will not accept AI references.
⚜️ I will draw up a 1st draft piece made with charcoal and black graphite only. (2-3 days)
🔹We will have 3 rounds of discussions on the composition, colours, etc based on the 1st draft. (Revisions)
⚜️ After everything is finalized, I will focus on drawing the illustration until completion. Duration of commission completion varies depending on life circumstances and complexity of the commission.Full-Coloured Illustration (A4 paper)
🔹 A one-character illustration takes about 1-2 months.Charcoal + Oil Pastel Illustration (A4 paper)

⚜️ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working a commission.
⚜️ If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
⚜️ If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.
🔹Kill fee ranges from 40%-70% of the commission's price depending on the stage of the work that has been done.
🔹Buyer will receive the work as is.♦️ Paypal Specific ♦️
🔹If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
🔹If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have full rights to profit further from it in any way.
🔹I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
Copyright & Usage

⚜️ Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
⚜️ Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
⚜️ Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (Works based on existing IPs and your OCs).
⚜️ Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the buyer break any of the terms.
⚜️ Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork and the recorded art process of the artwork (for art video journaling), online, in my portfolio and in publications such as artbooks.You, (the commissioner) :
⚜️ Retain the rights to the intellectual property (Your OC, etc).
⚜️ May NOT use the drafts of the artwork and the final commissioned artwork for NFTs or to train any AI models.
⚜️ May NOT claim the artwork as your own.
⚜️ May upload the watermarked-version of the commissioned artwork online. Directly credit me via tagging.
⚜️ May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (Reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc).
⚜️ May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
⚜️ May use the commissioned artwork for streaming/personal content purposes.
